With the lockdown first then with Carona period, most of the people are complaining that they are piling on the heap of weights because of inability to step out, sitting in a confined space for a long or sleeping most of the times or watching tv, etc and many people are working from home sitting long hours at a stretch. Therefore are losing motivation whatever they had to lose weight. But to keep your body fit during the Carona period you should start something to keep your body young smart and active.
Common treatments for overweight and obesity include losing weight through healthy eating, being more physically active, and making other changes to your habits. Weight-management programs may help.  some people lose weight or keep from regaining lost weight. 
Some people who have obesity are unable to lose enough weight to improve their health or are unable to keep from regaining weight. 
 
It is advisable to follow some tips and strategies which I have been following the same has given good results. I have lost 1.5 kg -2 kg of weight during this period.


WATER INTAKE: 





Increase your water intake during this period. Start your morning with one liter of water the moment you wake up. You can use lukewarm water or normal water as per your choice and finish one liter itself first. During the day drink at least 4 liters of water at intervals, you can drink it in many ways. one of the ways is that I Mix some Himalayan salt, a pinch of mint and some lemon in one liter of water keep it in a bottle, and keep it aside next to your laptop where you sit and keep on taking at sips. I do not know when I have finished this bottle.

BREAKFAST: 



Start your day with one cup of Black coffee without any sugar in it. instead of the cup of tea with milk.  it is enough to curb your hunger pang .you can also skip your breakfast if not feeling hungry. or you can take one toast of brown bread with one piece of any fresh fruit of your choice. it may feel tough in the first week but soon you will become habitual and would not feel hungry during the next weeks.
you will also forget to miss your breakfast any more.

WORKOUTS:
 
Since in the Carona period you are not allowed to move out frequently make it a habit to start workouts from your home. you can start walking from the inside of your bedroom, via drawing-room and up to the lobby of your flat or house, and start making 100 rounds of that limited space. it will be enough for stimulating your muscles. Repeat the same ritual in the evening also.





  alternatively, you can climb your stairs and return   It isn’t necessary that you do it all together (if you can, great!) but you can scatter it through the day.

Weight loss is a journey that can be accomplished only with a complete lifestyle change. You need to cut down your calorie intake as best as you can and complement that with regular exercise. 

LUNCH & DINNER: 

You can take normal lunch and dinner only thing you have to see that if you could cut your calorie intake by at least a minimum of 200-400 calories per day.  




  
                                 you should create a diet /fitness chart in a diary. it is a very important step to staying fit. You can write down everything you eat during the day and the amount of workout/walking activity did during the day. which you can look at it before sleeping so that the next day is better than the first day. 



SLEEP:                     However, it is as important for you to get a good night’s sleep and complete rest to help you lose belly fat. Sleep deprivation can affect your ability to judge what is right for your body, causing you to succumb to fatty and sugary cravings and also make you binge on junk food.


                              Moreover, you can also decrease weight while you sleep by following these simple bedtime hacks. You must sleep in absolute complete darkness. This will help you to lose those extra kilos that you are willing to sacrifice. For complete darkness, turning off the lights might not be the only thing you need to do. You should also draw your curtains to blocks lights from your window. A dark room helps your body produce melatonin which is a sleep-promoting hormone. Even a slight light exposure can impede the production of melatonin in the body. Melatonin also influences your metabolism and especially helps in converting bad fat to good fat.

Have green tea before bed:





Green tea is more sleep-friendly than you think, even though it contains caffeine. Green tea contains several compounds that can help you burn fat. Antioxidants in it can help you improve your metabolism. Caffeine, too, helps in stimulating the brown fat in your body. Green tea only contains one-third of the caffeine present in a cup of coffee. it also helps in giving you a sound sleep.
Even if you think otherwise, you are burning calories when you are in deep sleep. your body burns more calories when you are in deep sleep. Thus, If you sleep soundly for a longer period, the more calories you burn. This is because your brain is most active during REM sleep or deep sleep. The brain uses energy and thus your body continues to produce glucose to fuel your brain.
If you follow all the above   I am sure you are going to shed  Maximum weight during the Carona period or even in a normal period if you accept this as a lifestyle change.
